Belt Type Color Sorting Machine
Anzai BLD Series color sorters are high speed, high accuracy belt sorting machines capable of removing pneumatically contaminants such as black specks, off-color defects etc. from plastic pellets, minerals and ores based on color and size parameters. The easily programmed BLD Series allows the operator to select the values to accept and reject via an on-board touch screen control.
The BLD Series incorporates up to eight highly sensitive CCD cameras (BLD-300S 1 camera, BLD-1200D 8 cameras) that can distinguish material defects by illuminant wavelength. Rejects are removed from the product stream by a series of precisely focused air ejectors which blow them into separate containers for easy disposal.

Because the BLD Series was originally developed to sort contaminants from food, the machines are constructed from stainless steel and other sanitary materials.
