MYSPOT

My Spot advanced spot welding systems are designed to create higher quality spot welds faster, with minimal surface distortion, reduced labor costs and without expensive fixtures or jigs. This is achieved by making the entire table an electrode, and placing the other electrode on a swivel mounted gun. With the work piece placed on the table, the operator simply brings the gun into position and pulls the trigger; the advanced pre-programmed control measures power ant time to create a perfect weld.

There are 8 models to choose from, depending upon your material and work piece size requirements:

My Spot welders are:

Makes faster welds
The work piece remains stationary; the swivel mounted gun is moved to place the welds.

Make better welds
The work piece is always perfectly perpendicular to the electrode.

Make consistent welds
EZ Setting precisely controls all weld parameters.

Eliminate secondary operations
The copper plate acts as a heat sink. The weld remains cool with out pitting associated with conventional spot welders.

All of this becomes possible because My Spot uses a large copper plate as an electrode AND a work table.
